However, since our services are custom-built and require significant planning and effort, we have outlined the following Refund and Cancellation Policy for transparency.
1. Project Cancellation by Client
- Clients may cancel their project before development work begins.
In such cases, a 90% refund of the total payment will be provided (10% covers administrative and processing costs). - Once the design or development phase has started, cancellation will result in partial refunds based on the stage of work completed.
- If the project is in its final stage or already delivered, no refund will be applicable.
2. Cancellation by The Bright Preneur
We reserve the right to cancel a project under circumstances such as:
- Lack of communication or delay in providing required materials for more than 15 days.
- Violation of our terms or unethical client behavior.
In such cases, clients will be notified in writing and may receive a partial refund based on completed work.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered in the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made due to technical errors.
- Service not delivered due to unforeseen issues on our end.
- Cancellation within the eligible refund period before work commencement.

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- The project is delayed due to client-side feedback, approvals, or resource delays.
- The client has approved initial designs, mockups, or milestones.
- The project is completed and delivered.
- Payments made toward third-party services (domains, hosting, themes, plugins, etc.) are strictly non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7β10 business days through the original payment method.
- Transaction fees and taxes, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.
- International transactions may take longer depending on bank policies.
6. Project Modifications After Cancellation
If a project is canceled and later revived, new terms, pricing, and timelines will apply. The previous payment may be adjusted after mutual discussion.
